Trampoline made its grand entrance as an Olympic sport in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
There are four competitive events; trampoline, double-mini, power tumbling and synchronized trampoline.
Athletes are divided into groups by age and level. There are twelve levels; Levels 1-10, Jr. Elite and Sr. Elite. Each level is required to perform different routines, comprised of various skills. These skills and routine are worked on during each practice and this is what your child will perform during competition or performances.

Horizon Gymnastics and Dance Academy would like to congratulate two of our finest Trampoline and Tumbling Team Members Timmothy Flemming & Autumn Fowler on their fine accomplishment for being selected to the Florida State Testing for USA Gymnastics JumpStart Program.
This National Level program is designed to scout out young talented gymnasts between the ages of 7 and 12 years old.
